Personal data processed for registration and administration of an accommodation admin account

In order to register an account the following personal data is collected: name, email address, phone number and the password related to the account.

After the confirmation of the provided e-mail address, the accommodation partners have the possibility to complete the account registration by providing the billing data. In the case of entities without legal personality name of the entity, Tax Identification Number, Trade Register registration number, VAT status and registered office address is required for biling.

After accepting the advertising conditions, one or more accommodation units can be uploaded by providing contact details (name, email address and telephone number of the contact person). If you register an accommodation as a natural person, some information such as the languages spoken, the currency of the price, facilities and services offered, respectively the location of the accommodation unit may be considered personal data.

After registration of the accommodation unit the ad will be activated in 1-3 days. From the moment of activation the accommodation unit can be booked by the guests. Communication with guests through the site is processed and stored.
