For individual tourists:
with a minimum of 24 hours before the arrival of the clients.
Cancel an entire group 30 days before the arrival date;
To cancel up to 50% of the initial reservation at least 21 days before the group arrives;
Canceling up to 25% of the initial reservation at least 14 days before the group arrives;
Cancel a maximum of 10% of the initial reservation at least 7 days before the group arrives.
Early closing after the aforementioned deadlines will entitle the hotel to a
offset as follows:
Contract the accommodation / client canceled area in any situation high than the ones mentioned below;
in case of total partial cancellation or group reservations made less than 7 days before
the date of receipt, the beneficiary is responsible for the deposit or replacement
in case of partial cancellation total or less than 3 days before the date of arrival or non-show

In all cases of cancellation of the case after the expiry of the deadlines, the letter "a" is provided
the amount of the advance paid by the Beneficiary if it is retained by the Provider following the expiration of the compensation
