Am fost foarte multumiti de aceasta cazare si de personal. Ne-am simtit extraordinar. Recomandam aceasta cazare isi merita toti banii.

Am avut o mica intamplare noaptea, pe la ora 2:00 am am sesizat ca a intrat cineva in camera, cel mai probabil alti turisti, si-au cerut scuze ca au gresit camera, pe moment ne-am speriat putin apoi a fost amuzant, chiar si acum radem cand ne amintim, ce ramane un mister este cum de aveau cartela de la camera noastra, sau cartelele sunt universale desi nu cred acest lucru. Probabil a fost o incurcatura, nu este neaparat un lucru negativ se intampla si greseli❤️

Camera în care am stat a făcut toți banii.

Liftul merge foarte greu si doar pana la etajul 4, iar noi am stat la 5.

-dotarea grupului sanitar lasa de dorit(fara gel de dus;casca de baie ...ce sa vorbim de papuci de unica folosinta-nu exista) -room service.....fara lista de preturi cu preparatele -fara cartela de intrare in camera- o amarata de cheie normala -fara huse pe scaunele din balcon(de fier forjat) -si ....multe alte lipsuri care imi dau de gandit ,deoarece nu sunt respectate criteriile obligatorii pentru clasificarea unitatii la 5 stele .....

Nici chiar negativa dar a trebuit sa cobor de 3 ori ca sa schimb ba cartela ba nu se aprindeau luminile si cum coborarea cu liftul este foarte "rapida " am fost putin nervos din cauza acestui detaliu. Raportul pret calitate este bun!
