Curățenie impecabilă, personal foarte amabil.

Ușile și ferestrele suflă vîntul prin ele , încălzirea sa oprit la ora 22 și a revenit la ora 3 ,se tremură nu glumă,instalația la baie nu ști cînd vine apa caldă și cînd vine rece, ba te opărești ba îngheți , dușuri scoțiene.

Arta Hotel's answerVa multumim pt. recenzia pozitiva in legatura cu personalul si curatenia din hotelul nostru. Referitor la incalzire, aceasta functioneaza pe principiul termostatului. Pt extra caldura, toate camerele noastre beneficiaza de clime, care se pot folosi in cazul in care clientul doreste o suplimentare a acesteia.

Nu am

Am rămas fără mic dejun, deși era platit, 4 adulti si un copil. Ne-am cazat la 1 noaptea si ne-au spus sa nu ne facem griji daca nu ne trelzim dimineață devreme si ca la ora 11.00 dacă venim pt mic dejun, ne vor pregati ceva, pt ca avem si copil. La ora 10.15 am coborat sa mancam si foarte obraznic ni s-a radpuns ca s-a terminat la ora 10.00
